If you asked me what my favorite region of Italy is, I'd really struggle to name just one. But, if you put a gun to my head and asked again (please don't do this), Liguria might just come out on top. I am a sucker for colored buildings. Put them next to the sea and feed me some trofie pasta, and I am sold. Most people head here for the Cinque Terre, but Liguria is full of so much more than just that. So, here is an incomprehensive list of the places you should visit while you're around. And don't forget to eat something with pesto while you're at it.
